As you may all know, my love for all things sweet knows little to no bounds. I will gladly skip mains to get a second serving of dessert. That's why I'm all too excited for this year's Cake, Bake and Sweets Show! This year the show is taking place on the 21-23 March at Sydney Showgrounds, Sydney Olympic Park.
Expect the biggest names in the world of baking and cake decorating on the line up, including Duff Goldman (Ace of Cakes), Eric Lanlard (Baking Mad), Pick Your Poison Girls (Cupcake Wars), Kirsten Tibbals (world leading chocolatier and Masterchef guest judge), and the show would be incomplete without our very own Aussie Willy Wonka, Adriano Zumbo.

The spectacular three-day program is packed with live demonstrations, hands-on classes, competitions and the nation's biggest cake showcase. Check out the Australian Cake Decorating Championships, where contestants will showcase their masterpieces for a chance to win over $15,000 worth of cash and prizes. There will be free to attend demonstrations and seminars that will cover everything from baking to business, chocolate making, baking science, and cake decorating. Or just roam around to discover the latest baking and cake decorating supplies, and browse, taste, and buy freshly baked goods and tasty treats from the producers' marketplace.
