Paris - The City of Lights, The City of Love. Sure, some may say it smells, people get robbed, and the french are rude, but they're is something so endearing about Paris pulls us in. Last year, I had the chance to visit this beautiful city (thought it was raining the whole time) and I cannot wait to return.
This palette was developed by seven influential beauty bloggers - Petritude, FrmHeadtoToe, DulceCandy87, XSparkage, MacNC40, MakeupbyTiffanyD and Xteeener. I currently follow Jen (FrmHeadtoToe) and Christine (Xteeener) on Youtube. They are both Asian, and have the same/similar skin tone to me so I know what colours and shades would suit me.
The pallet comes with a Sigma E55 Eye Shading brush and F40 Large Angled Contour brush. Sigma brushes have been great to me in the past, and I highly recommend it. The shipping is a bit expensive, so maybe try combine with a friend, but they are def worth it price and quality wise.
Eiffel - Black with multicoloured sparkles, inspired from the glistening lights that lite up the tower.
Seine - Deep midnight blue with light blue sparkles.
Louvre - Looks deep in pan, but fairy soft blue when swatched. Reminds me of those Google photos of clear blue oceans with sun sparkling down on it. Small speckled gold flakes but are barely noticeable.
Orsay - Lovely turquoise hue with soft gold sparkles (one of my faves!)
[L to R] Eiffel, Seine, Louvre, Orsay, Elysees, Notre Dame, Triomphe, Versailles
Elysees - Described as "rich, depp burgundy with brown undertones and golden sparkles." Similar to the Loreal shadow I swatched a few months ago.
Notre Dame - Purple with some brown-ish undertones, multicoloured shimmer to represent the stained glass windows, and stronger flecks of gold representing the candles that adore the halls.
Triomphe - There are so many dimensions in this shade, it's practically 3D. To describe it in the best possible way - brown/red/burnt/plum with multicoloured shimmer, added gold sparkle giving it extra depth. As you can see, it looks very dark in pan, but when swatched (using finger around 4 times) it's quite a nice blend-able colour.
Versailles - Sparkling champagne white and gold shade (my other fave!)
The pallet also came with two blushes, Rouge, Peche, and one highlighter shade, Lumiere. These were developed to compliment all skin tones (I'm an NC30).
Rouge - IMO, I think this more like a peach colour than Peche. One of the more bronzy blushes, use for definition/contour but suits my skin tone pretty well still. Light gold flecks but barely noticeable when applied.
Peche - Light, soft bubblegum pink-ish colour. Currently using it as my everyday go-to blush. A little product goes a long way, and I love using the F40 brush that comes in the pallet with it. Just be sure to always blend it out so it does't just seem like you have one line across your face. What I really love about this blush is that is the right colour for me, and it's MATTE - something that seems to be increasingly hard to find in a blush.
Lumiere - Only used once to highlight top of the apples of my cheeks and nose bridge. I prefer my Stila Illuminating Finishing Powder in Rose Gold.

Applause to Sigma for this colourful party pallet. I have re-created looks from this pallet with help from Xteeener's tutorial. Since there are a lot of shimmers, as always, I recommend using an eye-shadow primer even if you don't have oily lids, to keep shadow and shimmers stuck on and not flying around your face. I have had no troubles so far with fallout etc. Shadows are not as pigmented as I thought, but I don't mind that as it's quite easy to build up and super blendable.
Packaging: 2.5/5 - magnetic close top (similar to UD Naked Pallet 1) so not the best travel companion, and also in this like cardboard-type casting which seems a bit cheap.
Price: Currently $49 (RRP $59) from Sigma. Formula: 4.5/5
